Kendal Food Fair

Sunday, 3rd March 2013

The Annual Kendal Food Fair was on at the weekend which meant a short bounce into Cumbria to visit the wonderful town and taste some of the best that Cumbria and Northern Lancaster has to offer.

Elliott was a little under the weather this weekend and Sunday was the point of maximum leakage with a nose thoroughly bubbling and eyes streaming tears. However, he was mostly a great baby and even cheered up enough to wander around the festival screeching at people as he was walking (with daddy’s help).

Ben was able to sample a lot of different foods and cheeses and have a play on the soccer for kids (Little Kickers Club) display which he adored. It is now becoming far more likely that this will be one of his weekend lessons/clubs.

There was a great display on from the farmers of the Westmoreland Show to advertise that event and Ben was able to stroke the cows, chicks and lambs they had on display which was fantastic.
